When a problem causes me to take “Flight”, I typically do it because I’m afraid that I’ll upset someone and hurt that relationship. Simply put… I’m afraid they won’t like me. But here’s the rub. If I don’t act, the problem won’t go away, it will affect my work, the productivity of other team members and a whole lot more.
